NEW ANIMALS! Meet our American Martens, Steve and Dean, the newest arrival at ZooAmerica. These American Martens were born in Spring of 2008 at an animal facility in Minnesota. These brothers are most active in the morning and evening hours. American Martens are found in the northern reaches of North America. They communicate with sounds and scent markings. Their diet consists of small mammals, fruits, nuts, and insects.
